After a patient's first evaluation and treatment by a Clinic physician, continued follow-up treatment for many chronic medical conditions can be provided if needed. Laboratory tests, medications, x-rays and imaging studies, and cancer screening tests (breast, colon and prostate) are available. Further care from specialty physicians is available in many medical specialties.

Follow-up visits are scheduled as needed. The Clinic also provides laboratory tests; prescription drugs and medications; x-rays and imaging studies; cancer screening, especially for breast, colon, and prostate cancer; mental health services; and education in lifestyle changes that can improve a patient’s overall health.

Aside from standard primary and preventive care visits in the Clinic, patients can also take advantage of the Clinic’s specialty clinics, chronic-care programs and off site referral services.

Specialty Clinics:
Diabetes, gynecology, dermatology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, endocrinology, urology, Ear, Nose, and Throat [ENT], and psychiatry.

Bilingual Lifestyle clinics for counseling in nutrition and exercise, and diabetes education classes are available.
