The Mercy Health Clinic was founded in 2000 by a small group of concerned citizens from Our Lady of Mercy Church and local physicians who wanted to provide medical care to our neighbors in Montgomery who did not have health insurance.
Today, we depend on maintaining a volunteer corps of at least 45 physicians who, with the help of over 100 other medical and administrative volunteers, make the vital work of Mercy Health Clinic possible. This volunteer corps is essential to meeting the comprehensive needs and capacity of our patient population.
We need your help.
We have opportunities to volunteer for both medical professionals and those with administrative skills (we especially need those with Spanish / English interpreting and translating skills).
We would be unable to see patients on a consistent basis without our dedicated volunteers. Thank you for making our work possible!
